Visit any branch with your check re-order form and proper identification.
Phone
Call Phone Access Teller 24/7 (local, 607-757-9411, outside NYS, 800-843-2892, in NYS, 800-638-3348), and choose Audio Response Service Code 88 - Check Reorder, when prompted.
Online
- Log into your member account under "My CU Accounts" login; Visions' homepage.
- Next to your checking account share ID, click on link that states: "Check Order".
- Verify your next starting number then click on "continue" and your checks will be ordered. You will receive a message that states: "Your Checks Have Been
Ordered".
