The following individuals were elected to three-year terms as board members: R. Mark Patterson, Joan S. Lacey, and Steven P. Hill. Also serving on the Visions FCU board are: Nicholas A. DiPaolo, Kenneth H. Kidder III, Henry Frassetto, Scott M. Hotalen, Samuel Iwobi, and Alvin A. Buchinsky.

Appointed to the position of Advisory Directors were Alan Hertel and Chris Benyovszky.

The following individuals were elected to the Executive Committee: R. Mark Patterson - Chairman, Kenneth H. Kidder, III - Vice Chairman, Scott M. Hotalen – Treasurer, and Nicholas A. DiPaolo - Secretary.

Oliver N. Blaise Jr., John Makovitch, Mark Wasser, Mark Stalica, and Grant Newton were appointed to the Supervisory Committee. Dr. Dan Barnett and Dr. George Bobinski were appointed as Alternates.

Also, the following individuals were recognized for their volunteer years of service: Nicholas A. DiPaolo – 15 years, and Scott M. Hotalen, Oliver N. Blaise Jr , and Mark Wasser - 5 years.
