Mr. Frank E. Berrish, President/CEO, of Visions Federal Credit Union was honored with the Civic Leader of the Year award from the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce.

This prestigious award is presented to an individual who demonstrates a personal history of giving back to the community, as well as for making a long-term beneficial impact on the community as a whole.

Mr. Berrish gives a great deal of his time not only supporting the credit union movement and upholding the "people helping people" philosophy, but he personally believes in the economic success of Greater Binghamton and through his leadership at Visions, he gives back tremendously to organizations that improve the lives of children, the arts, and the community as a whole.
