PRL is an Endicott-based full-service insurance agency which has been serving the Southern Tier since 1993.

PRL Associates partners, Dennis Belardinelli, Steve Carr, and John Lavo, joined forces in 1993 to establish an agency with the goal of being able to represent a variety of insurance companies and insurance products. Through these relationships, PRL is often able to take advantage of group savings for their clients.

In the 15 years since the business began, PRL Associates has received numerous awards. They have been recognized by Travelers Insurance as one of the premier new business writers in the Southern Tier. Mass Mutual and John Hancock have recognized John Lavo, Steve Carr, and Dennis Belardinelli as top producers in their field over the last 25 years.

Visions is pleased to be able to offer members a variety of insurance products through this new relationship. PRL Associates offers personal property and casualty insurance, commercial and business insurance, and personal lines of insurance, including life insurance, long term care insurance, Medicare supplement plans, and senior guaranteed life insurance.

PRL will continue sales and service from their Endicott office, located at 110 Grant Ave., and will also be staffing an office at the Visions McKinley Avenue location during regular branch hours.
