Credit Card Rewards

Redeeming your rewards is easy! Simply select your credit card through Digital Banking or Mobile Banking, then click the "Rewards" link from the "Details" tab.

How do I automate my credit card payments?
We offer the option to have your Visions credit card payment transferred automatically from your Visions savings or checking account. A form must be signed to request this service.
You can request the form at any Visions branch location, or by calling our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 menu option 4.
You may also set up recurring payments to your card from Digital Banking. While logged in, select the Transfers/Payments menu then select the option to set a recurring transfer, including the payment frequency.

How do I close a credit card account?
If you need to close your credit card account, you may do so in several ways:
- Make the request by contacting Member Services at 800-242-2120 menu option 4
- Stop by one of our Visions Branch Locations
- Or mail in your request including your signature to:

How do I get support for my Visions credit cards?
Simply call 833-224-5785 for 24/7 support for the following requests:
- Card activations
- Report fraud or dispute charges
- Report a lost/stolen card
- Change your PIN
Fraud / Disputes Fraud Alert Program If an unauthorized charge is posted and you receive no resolution from the merchant, you may dispute the charge with Visions card processor.
Call the number above so we may assist you with submitting disputes as well as inquiries into in-process disputes.
Generally, when a card is closed, a new card is automatically issued, although there may be instances where the card cannot be automatically generated. To check the status of your new card, you may call our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 menu option 4.
You can call 800.242.2120 and provide your mobile number to receive Fraud Alert text messages. By providing your number, you authorize Visions Federal Credit Union to notify you of suspected incidents of financial or identity fraud.

Lost / Stolen Replacement Card When you report your card lost or stolen, a new card with a new 16-digit card number will automatically be issued to you. Regular card delivery via US Mail is estimated at 7-10 business days. Replacement cards can also be instantly issued in most branch locations. To request a replacement card, you may log in to your Digital Banking account and utilize Card Controls. You may also reach out to our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 menu option 4, or you may stop into any of our branch locations. Card Pin Number If you have forgotten your ATM PIN, you may reach out to our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 menu option 4, or you may stop into any Visions office. -
Will I be charged any extra fees while using my credit card outside of the United States?
Yes. Visa International charges a fee of 1%* on all purchases, cash advances, and ATM transactions that are completed outside of the U.S., or online or by phone with a merchant that is located or headquartered outside of the U.S.
The fees are posted separately from the transaction and post on the same business day that the transaction posts.
*For Elite Visa Signature® members this fee is waived.

How do I get a Credit Card limit increase?
A Visions Federal Credit Union member can request a credit card limit increase by submitting a loan application online. Select the type of credit card you have in the Type of Loan drop-down and select Credit Card Increase in the Request Type drop-down. Fill in the rest of the information required to complete the application.
You may also apply online while logged into your account, at any Visions FCU branch location, or by contacting Visions Member Services at 800-242-2120 menu option 3, Mon-Fri from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Sat from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.

How do I request a replacement card?
You may request a replacement card one of the following ways:
- Online - Log in to your Digital Banking account or open the Visions FCU Mobile App. Open the Card Controls menu and select your card to proceed.
- Secure Message - Send a message through the Live Chat while logged into your Digital Banking account, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
- By Phone - Contact Visions at 800.242.2120 menu option 4, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
- In-Person - Stop by any Visions branch office location.
