    Our Bill Pay feature lets you set up both one-time and recurring payments, letting you manage your money on a schedule that works for you. You can expedite payments, personalize and send gift checks, and even send money to friends and family with our person-to-person payment feature.

  • ACH – Payroll and Vendor Payments

    Our system for ACH originations and direct deposits makes creating your own direct credits simple and easy. Use it for payroll, cash management transfers, and bill payments.

Banking Tools FAQ

  • Stop Payments

    There are several options to request a check stop payment:

    • Meet with a representative at your local branch
    • Call our Contact Center at 800.242.2120
    • Utilize stop payments in digital banking by following the steps below:

    To request a stop payment through your Digital Banking account:

    Log in to your Digital Banking account.

    Open the Select Options box to the right of your checking account 

    Click Stop Payments to proceed.

    A $30 fee is charged to place a stop payment on a check.

    To place a stop payment on a check that was issued through our online Bill Pay service:

    Log in to your Digital Banking account.

    Enter your Bill Pay service.

    Select "Visit Bill Pay Site" to access the full Bill Pay pages and menus. (On the app, select the Options button then visit Bill Pay site.) 

    Locate your payment in the Payment History and click the VIEW button to the right of the payment.

    Next select the "Send a Stop Payment Request" button.
     

    No fees are charged to stop payment on a Bill Pay check.

    All fees are subject to change. Log into your digital banking account to view our Service Charge Schedule for more information on current service charges. You may only request a Stop Payment on checks and Bill Pay checks that have not yet been cleared.

  • Transaction Alerts

    Custom notifications – or eAlerts – can be sent directly to your email or mobile device based on your preferences. In addition to defining your own alerts for income, payments, transactions, and account balances, you can choose from 20 Security Alerts, too!   • eStatements

    In digital banking, you can sign up for eStatements – a faster, greener, and more secure way to view your monthly statements. Learn more about eStatements and how to enroll.

    Our online and mobile banking services let your check your balances, make transfers, pay bills, and more - 24/7. Not only that, but you can also designate varying levels of online access to your employees.
