Temporary Issue Support: Device Registration and Secure Access Codes

Introduction

What is happening?

As a result of a regularly scheduled update, our digital banking system is currently experiencing issues with Device Registration and Secure Access Code deliveries.

Who is impacted and what do I do?

This impacts all users and simply requires a re-registration of devices using a Secure Access Code, which will be triggered upon logging in.

iOS users, however, may experience an issue with receiving a Secure Access Code (see below).

I’m an iOS user. How can I resolve this issue?

For iOS users that are unable to generate a Secure Access Code, we recommend deleting/uninstalling the Visions FCU Mobile app from their device and re-downloading the most up to date version from the App Store.

Please note that the app must be fully deleted from your device. To do so, press and hold the app icon, select “Remove App” from the sub-menu, and then select “Delete App.”

Once the re-download and installation are complete, log in as usual.

If you know your username and password, log in as usual and enter the Secure Access Code that’s delivered to your device. If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can either:

  • Utilize the self-service “Forgot Username/Password” options through another registered device
  • Visit your nearest branch or call our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 for assistance
