How do I make a loan or credit card payment?
There are several ways you can make a loan, mortgage, or Visa® credit card payment to Visions:
- Online - If you are paying with funds from a Visions account, you can pay online through Digital Banking
- To make a payment to your Visions loan or credit card, log into your account, then select "Make a Payment"
- By Phone- If you are paying with funds from a Visions account, you may pay by phone
- No fees are charged to pay by phone or online. Our Contact Center may be reached at 800.242.2120
- In-Person - You may pay your Visions loan at any Visions office location
- SmartPay - You may pay your Visions loan using our new SmartPay feature
- Online - If you are paying with funds from a Visions account, you can pay online through Digital Banking

How do I apply for a loan?
Submit a loan application however it's most convenient:
- Stop into a Visions branch location
- Log into digital banking and submit your application online
- Call our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 and speak with a representative

What are the requirements for a Home Equity Loan / Line of Credit?
The following documentation is required to apply for a Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit:
- A copy of your deed
- All borrowers on the deed must be on the loan and must be Visions member
- Copy of current tax bills that show as paid
- Insurance Binder with the premium amount listed
- One month of current pay stubs for each borrower
- Proof of income for all borrowers
- Two years of W-2's or two years of tax returns

Does Visions FCU offer consolidation loans?
Visions offer different types of loans that may be used to consolidate:
- Personal Loan or Line of Credit
- Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit, or a stock secured loan if you have equity in your home or you own shares of stock.
- Visa® Credit Card
Note: When refinancing Visions debt, a minimum of $2,500 in new money must also be financed.

How do I obtain a free credit report?
Visions does not offer credit reports to our members, but we can help to point you in the right direction. The government now offers a free credit report once every 12 months. You may request your report online, or call 877-322-8228 to connect with the central source to order the free annual credit report.AnnualCreditReport.com provides consumers with the secure means to request and obtain a free credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide consumer credit reporting companies in accordance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act).
Credit scores are not provided for free by the credit reporting agencies, however. Each credit reporting agency's website offers the option to request credit scores for a small fee. Or, you may contact the three major bureaus directly:
- Equifax: 1-800-685-1111
- TransUnion: 1-800-888-4213
- Experian: 1-888-397-3742
You can also view your VantageScore 4.0 credit score for free by logging into digital banking and accepting the Credit Score terms. This digital tool is a "soft pull" of your credit score and does not impact your score.

What qualifies a vehicle for the New Vehicle loan rate?
A vehicle qualifies for the new vehicle loan rates if it's:
- The current model year, or
- Previous two calendar years with no more than 25,000 miles
