Protecting your cards from suspicious activity

Visions has an extra fraud prevention program to protect your credit and debit card.

  • You may encounter some instances where your transaction could be declined if the activity is considered extremely suspicious. If your card is denied for a legitimate transaction or if you discover unusual activity in your account, please call us at 800.242.2120.
  • Always monitor your statements or review your accounts online to watch for unusual activity. If you see a suspicious transaction, be sure to contact us immediately. And we'll do the same...
  • To verify transactions that seem suspicious or unusual, we may text you from our Fraud Monitoring SMS short code: (23618). We strongly encourage you to save 23618 to your phone's contacts as Visions Fraud Monitoring. That way, you'll know when it's us texting you – and not a scammer!
