What is Live Chat?
If you need any assistance or have questions regarding your account, Visions members may contact us through our Live Chat feature in digital banking. Our Live Chat is available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm.

How do I delete my Visions FCU Mobile account?
Use of digital banking is covered under Visions' Digital Banking Terms of Use which contains important information regarding services obtained from Visions Federal Credit Union. Use of digital banking constitutes agreement with the terms and conditions of the aforementioned agreement and disclosure statements.
To request deletion of your digital banking account:
- Please contact us at 800.242.2120
or
- Stop into your nearest Visions branch
What gets deleted?
Deletion of your digital banking account will remove access through desktop and mobile channels. You will continue to have access to your membership account information through your local branch or by phone. Please reference our Privacy Policy for information on how your personal data is shared.

How do I access the Visions FCU Mobile app?
To access our mobile app, simply download the application for free via the App Store or Google Play. To find it, search for "Visions FCU".
Once you have downloaded the app on your iPhone or Android phone, simply log in using the same user ID and password you use with your digital banking account.

If I already have a User ID and Password, do I need to enroll for Mobile Access?
No. If you've established a User ID and Password through online banking or through previous versions of the mobile app, you can continue to use those same credentials to access the Visions FCU Mobile® app.
The Enroll Here feature on the app is only for brand new enrollees to digital banking.

How can I change my password on the Visions FCU Mobile app?
Follow the steps below to change your password on the Visions FCU Mobile app:
- Log into digital banking using the mobile app.
- Select the Security Preferences tab under the Profile and Settings menu to change your password at any time.
If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page of the app. Simply follow the on-screen directions and receive a one-time access code to reset your password. The password criteria will be displayed during the process.

What is Fingerprint Login/Touch ID™?
Fingerprint Login/Touch ID™ is a biometric login method for use with your compatible Android or iOS device. You can use your fingerprint as a secure login to the app without having to input your user ID and password.
To activate this feature, select the Security Preferences tab in the Settings menu and choose “Fingerprint Login” for Android or “Touch ID™ ” for your iOS device. Follow the on-screen prompts.
Note: Please ensure that only your fingerprint is registered to the device as any stored fingerprints will be allowed to utilize Fingerprint Login/Touch ID™.

How can I make a payment through the Visions FCU Mobile app?
If you would like to make a transfer or payment to an existing Visions share or loan, access the Transfers/Payments button within the app. To transfer funds select Funds Transfer. To make a payment select Make a Payment. These transactions are processed immediately. You can also establish recurring transfers or payments by following the prompts on those pages.
Be sure to review your payment details before completing the form and processing the payment, because loan payments cannot be reversed.

Which device(s) will the Visions FCU Mobile app work on?
The Visions FCU Mobile app is available on iOS and Android platforms and can be downloaded through the App Store and Google Play Store.

Which Card Controls can I utilize in digital banking?
Digital banking via online browsers or our Visions FCU Mobile app allows our members to manage any debit cards and credit cards they have with Visions. Through Card Controls in digital banking, you can have access to block/unblock your credit card or debit card or to order a replacement card for one that's lost or damaged.
Card Controls may be found in the Quick Links on your digital banking Home page, or under the Services tab in your digital banking menu.
