Supplies:
- White paper plate
- Scissors
- Yellow washable paint
- Black marker
Instructions:
- Paint the paper plate yellow.
- Once the paint dries, take your scissors and cut small triangles all around the outside edge of the paper plate.
- Using a black marker, draw a fun face!
