Reading, PA – Visions Federal Credit Union is expanding its Contact Center presence in downtown Reading, with a new location planned for early 2022 at 35 North 6th Street. The expansion coincides with a downtown revitalization effort spearheaded by the local Shuman Development Group.

"Reading is growing and so are we," said Ty Muse, Visions' President/CEO. "Their efforts directly align with our community focus and organizational culture. We're excited to be part of the downtown revitalization and provide more job opportunities to the area."

    Three directors were elected to Visions Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors at its 59th Annual Meeting, held at Visions Headquarters in Endwell, NY. Kenneth H. Kidder III, Christopher H. Marion, and Kelly A. Roche were re-elected to three-year terms on the Board, which also includes Jill M. Bennedum, James J. Lewis, Michael A. Mullen, Mary C. Robinson, Laurie Schorno, and Denise B. Stoughton. During the meeting, Chairperson Marion recognized Robinson, Roche, and Stoughton for 10 years of volunteer service and Supervisory Committee member Mark Wasser for 20 years of volunteer service.

With over 32 years of experience in risk management, internal auditing, operations, and data analytics for financial institutions, Killeen is a seasoned risk executive eager to support the credit union. As Chief Risk Officer, Killeen is responsible for providing enterprise-wide strategic and tactical leadership in implementing, maturing, and overseeing Visions’ Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, including the identification, assessment, and management of enterprise risk, information security, and regulatory compliance.
