Endwell, NY – Visions Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the hire of Julie Steele as its new Manager of Talent Acquisition and Retention.

Steele joins Visions with over 25 years of leadership experience in talent recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and process innovation. Throughout her career, she has implemented and led high performing recruitment teams in engineering, finance, healthcare, human resources, information technology, insurance, and other industries. Steele's previous recruitment teams and clients in recruitment process outsourcing span national and global markets and she takes pride in the partnerships she has developed over the years.

Company growth is a strategic priority for Visions, which has a workforce spanning across three states. In the last ten years, Visions has more than doubled its workforce from 350 to over 750 employees as the organization opened new branches, increased contact centers and bilingual services, and added new specialized jobs in emerging technologies, financial education, data analytics, and digital assets.

    Three directors were elected to Visions Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors at its 59th Annual Meeting, held at Visions Headquarters in Endwell, NY. Kenneth H. Kidder III, Christopher H. Marion, and Kelly A. Roche were re-elected to three-year terms on the Board, which also includes Jill M. Bennedum, James J. Lewis, Michael A. Mullen, Mary C. Robinson, Laurie Schorno, and Denise B. Stoughton. During the meeting, Chairperson Marion recognized Robinson, Roche, and Stoughton for 10 years of volunteer service and Supervisory Committee member Mark Wasser for 20 years of volunteer service.
