Endwell, NY – Three directors were elected to Visions Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors during its 60th Annual Meeting held at Visions Headquarters in Endwell, NY.

Joseph J. Lau
Associate Director

Joseph Lau was elected to a three-year term, with Jill M. Bennedum and James J. Lewis re-elected to three-year terms on the Board alongside Kenneth H. Kidder III, Christopher H. Marion, Michael A. Mullen, Mary C. Robinson, Kelly A. Roche, and Denise B. Stoughton. Chairperson Marion announced the retirement of George Bobinski after 17 years of volunteer service at Visions. Bobinski served on the Supervisory Committee and Board of Directors, holding positions including Treasurer, Vice Chair, Chair, and Director Emeritus. President/CEO Tyrone Muse recognized Chairperson Marion for 15 years of volunteer service.  
    
At a special reorganization meeting held immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board re-elected Marion as Chairperson, Robinson as Vice Chairperson, Stoughton as Treasurer, and Roche as Secretary of the Executive Committee. The Board appointed Charles R. Sebuharara as Associate Director.  

The Board reappointed Supervisory Committee members John K. Koniuto and Fermin Romero III to two-year terms, and appointed Kathleen Towery, Dean Casterline, and Saidrasul Nasretdinovas to one-year terms as alternates on the Supervisory Committee alongside Douglas J. Camin, Stephanie Jerzak, and Mark A. Wasser.
