How do I request a replacement card?

You may request a replacement card one of the following ways:

  • Online - Log in to your Digital Banking account or open the Visions FCU Mobile App. Open the Card Controls menu and select your card to proceed. 
  • Secure Message - Send a message through the Live Chat while logged into your Digital Banking account, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
  • By Phone - Contact Visions at 800.242.2120 menu option 4, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
  • In-Person - Stop by any Visions branch office location.
