How do I make a loan or credit card payment?

There are several ways you can make a loan, mortgage, or Visa® credit card payment to Visions:

  • Online - If you are paying with funds from a Visions account, you can pay online through Digital Banking
    • To make a payment to your Visions loan or credit card, log into your account, then select "Make a Payment" 
  • By Phone- If you are paying with funds from a Visions account, you may pay by phone
    • No fees are charged to pay by phone or online. Our Contact Center may be reached at 800.242.2120
  • In-Person - You may pay your Visions loan at any Visions office location
  • SmartPay - You may pay your Visions loan using our new SmartPay feature
