How do I obtain a free credit report?

Visions does not offer credit reports to our members, but we can help to point you in the right direction. The government now offers a free credit report once every 12 months. You may request your report online, or call 877-322-8228 to connect with the central source to order the free annual credit report.

AnnualCreditReport.com provides consumers with the secure means to request and obtain a free credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide consumer credit reporting companies in accordance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act).

Credit scores are not provided for free by the credit reporting agencies, however. Each credit reporting agency's website offers the option to request credit scores for a small fee. Or, you may contact the three major bureaus directly:

You can also view your VantageScore 4.0 credit score for free by logging into digital banking and accepting the Credit Score terms. This digital tool is a "soft pull" of your credit score and does not impact your score.
