We not only encrypt your information, but we also use SSL (secure socket layer) technology and an automatic sign out feature in case your session is inactive for 10 minutes. Plus, Bill Pay requires you to set up challenge phrases and authenticate yourself during select transactions.
Answer incorrectly three times and you’ll be locked out – which, let’s face it, is better than letting a stranger access your account. If you wind up locked out, just give us a call at 800.242.2120. We’ll verify your identity and set you right back up.
