Reading, PA – On Wednesday, October 12th, Visions Federal Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of their new Contact Center in downtown Reading, Pennsylvania.

As they expand in Berks County, Visions joined efforts to revitalize the downtown area by investing in renovations at 35 North 6th Street and adding local jobs to support their Contact Center operations. Employees at the new site assist with remote banking services including phone transactions, loan applications, Live Chat instant messaging for members using digital banking, and other financial services in both English and Spanish.

At the grand opening, Visions' Assistant Vice President of the Contact Center, Charles McKinney said, "Adding these services and employment opportunities, we're a true resource for the downtown community. We're here. We're invested in Reading, and there's so much more to come."

The newly renovated facilities include call center resources, video access pods, conference rooms, break rooms, and a private fitness center as an employee benefit. Working with Shuman Development Group, Visions' future plans for the building include a new branch near the food court, expected to open in 2023.

McKinney says, "We have enough office space here for up to 65 people and we want Reading's finest. Come join the Visions family."

Visions has local job openings with competitive pay and benefits for Contact Center Advisors, branch personnel, and more. Interested parties can visit visionsfcu.org/careers to apply online or contact TalentTeam@visionsfcu.org to learn more.
