• How does CashBack+ work?

  CashBack+ is an exclusive marketplace accessible within digital banking that has a large variety of cashback offers from hundreds of well-loved brands. This is a unique benefit that allows Visions members to receive cash back when they purchase digital gift cards to do their everyday shopping. Members can also earn cash back rewards by making purchases using their Visions credit cards. The brands available for gift card purchases are personalized to members, and the offers are updated frequently.

• How can I track my cash back rewards across different accounts?

  You can track your rewards easily through both online and mobile banking platforms. Simply log into your account then open the link to CashBack+. The CashBack+ dashboard in digital banking will display your CashBack+ balance, history, and available rewards in one place.
   

• Are there any waiting periods or minimums to redeem my cash back?

  No waiting periods and no minimums. Your cash back is ready to use as soon as it appears in your CashBack+ balance. Credit card rewards are added monthly, while brand-funded rewards show up instantly.
   

• What are the details of my credit card's reward program (qualifying purchases, cash back expiration, etc.)?

  Rewards terms and conditions vary by card. Visions cardholders can earn the following in CashBack+ for qualifying purchases:

  • Visa® Platinum users earn 1% cash back
  • Elite Visa Signature® users earn 2% cash back
  • Visa® Business Cash Rewards users earn 1% cash back

• Can I redeem gift card offers and cashback without using the CashBack+ Pay app?

  Yes. You can manage your cash back in the CashBack+ dashboard in digital banking, whether you're logged in at visionsfcu.org or our Visions FCU Mobile app. You can also discuss your CashBack+ account, check your balance, and request redemptions by speaking with a representative in our Contact Center at 800.242.2120. 
   

• Will my cash back expire if I leave it in my CashBack+ balance?

  Cash back does not expire if it was earned from brand-funded gift card offers.

  Cash back that’s earned from credit cards will expire after three years. See your credit card's rewards program terms and conditions for details. Current reward terms are available here.
   

• What does “Pending” cashback mean in the Activity section?

  Credit card rewards will be processed on the first of the following month. Pending cashback has been earned but is still processing and is not yet available to utilize. Once processing is complete, it becomes available and appears in the cashback balance.
   

• Are there fees or limits to using the CashBack+ program or earning cash back?

  No. CashBack+ is free to use for eligible Visions members who are enrolled in digital banking, and there is no overall limit on cash back earnings.

  Brands may limit the amount you can purchase on a digital gift card or the amount you can redeem on a brand-funded gift card offer.
   

• Can I request a physical gift card?

  Physical gift cards are not available through CashBack+. All gift cards purchased through this program are digital gift cards.
   

• How does the CashBack+ Pay app work?

  In-store payments: Select the merchant from the ‘In-store’ shopping option. When the cashier provides your purchase total, enter the amount into the app and confirm the purchase. The app will generate a barcode, which you’ll present and have scanned at checkout as your payment method.
  
  Online shopping: Select the brand you’ll like to shop with from the ‘online’ shopping option. This will open the brands website directly within the CashBack+ Pay app. Shop as you normally would then proceed to your cart and begin checkout. On the checkout screen, select the CashBack+ pop up cashback offer at the bottom of the page. CashBack+ automatically pull in your cart total and allow you to purchase a digital gift card using your credit union account checking or savings account. Once the gift card is purchased, CashBack+ will
  automatically apply the code to your cart to complete your purchase.
