Endwell, NY – Visions Federal Credit Union welcomed its 250,000th member in April.

Since 1966, Visions has grown from eight members and $40 to serve more than a quarter million members, stewarding over $5.6 billion in assets, operating over 50 branches across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and offering remote banking services in English and Spanish to members around the world.

“While we’re proud of how far we’ve come, our members, staff, and volunteers continue to look ahead,” said Tyrone Muse, Visions’ President/CEO. “We’re always working to strengthen local relationships, meet the needs of increasingly diverse communities, and make our services even more accessible, equitable, and secure for our members.”

Visions continues to grow and invest in the communities it serves, planning to open a new branch in Oneonta, NY during Summer 2023, two new offices in public high schools (for faculty and staff only) to open at the end of summer, and several branch remodels by year-end.

    Visions proudly announces that Tyrone Muse, President/CEO, has been awarded an honorary doctorate degree from Binghamton University. Muse was honored as Doctor of Humane Letters (LHD) during the university’s School of Management commencement ceremony in Vestal, NY.

  • Visions to Open Branch in Downtown Allentown

    Earlier this year, Giant notified Visions that they would be relocating their Allentown facility, which provided Visions with the option to relocate as well. “We’ve been interested in finding a permanent, standalone location in Allentown for years,” said Derek Garcia, Visions’ AVP/Regional Member Service Officer of their Pennsylvania regional market. “When given the choice to either settle into another in-store branch or invest in our own property, we knew this was a perfect opportunity to plant stronger roots in this community.” The new, full-service branch will be at 27 N. 7th Street, Suite 110, in Allentown, PA.

  • Visions Hosts 59th Annual Meeting

    Three directors were elected to Visions Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors at its 59th Annual Meeting, held at Visions Headquarters in Endwell, NY. Kenneth H. Kidder III, Christopher H. Marion, and Kelly A. Roche were re-elected to three-year terms on the Board, which also includes Jill M. Bennedum, James J. Lewis, Michael A. Mullen, Mary C. Robinson, Laurie Schorno, and Denise B. Stoughton. During the meeting, Chairperson Marion recognized Robinson, Roche, and Stoughton for 10 years of volunteer service and Supervisory Committee member Mark Wasser for 20 years of volunteer service.
